We aim to dispatch your orders within 3 working days, however items are usually dispatched quicker. Orders are only dispatched during bussiness hours, (not saturdays, sundays and bank holidays.) Any orders placed after 10pm on Thurdasy night will not be dispatched until Monday.
We use a courier service to ensure a safe and efficient service. Please make sure you select the correct postal service for your area or there may be a delay in sending out your order and a possibly extra charge. We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third party.
If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order as quickly as possible. If it is no longer in stock, we will offer you an alternative product or a full refund.

Returns will be accepted and a refund will be given (excluding P&P), however it is up to the buyer to arrange and fund return postage. Returns will not be accepted due to colour or sizing errors. Returns will not be accepted for clearance items or any items that have been used.
The refund will be issued once the item has been received.
